1978 Changed company name to Nanhai Chain Co., Ltd. and reborn as a subsidiary of Sanrio Co., Ltd. with ¥ 100 million capital.
1985 Changed company name to Sanmare Co., Ltd.
2004 Raised capital of Sanrio Co., Ltd. to ¥ 200 million
2005 Proroute Marumitsu Co., Ltd. purchased all shares from Sanrio Co., Ltd.
2010 Raised total capital to ¥ 285 million by increasing ¥ 85 million investment of Proroute Marumitsu Co., Ltd.
